• Send the fulfilled documents to support@sbzsystems.com alongside with the confirmation that you’ve given authorization and the declaration, so that we can accept it.
  • Enter https://api.sbz.gr/login.php and press sign up now in order to make a registration, according to the data used in the documents. (see pictures)

  • After your registration, inform us so that we activate your account. (WARNING!: The password must ONLY include letters and numbers.)
  • When we activate it, you’ll need to login with your newly created credentials.

  • When you enter your account, you’ll face against the image below. Press on Profile, and afterwards Settings.

 

  • You’ll need the API Key from the following page. Copy the inscribed key because you will need it for later.
  • Optionally, add your company logo.

  • Open EMDI and from the grey iconhead to Tax connections.
  • On the Provider category, select SBZ from the Company menu. Then paste the API Key from before onto the API Key field. Press the two circular arrows button, so that your agreed signatures with SBZ get refreshed.

  • Go to Documents and copy the ones such as RETURN RECEIPT, RETURN SERVICE PROVISION RECEIPT, RECEIPT and SERVICE PROVISION RECEIPT. (customers usually have either 1 or 2 of those documents).
  • After copying them, write in front of the “old” ones (the documents that made use of the taxing machine) the word OLD and change the numbering of the new ones to number 1. Finally, press save.

  • Go to Tax connections and press Matching variables.

  • Change the variables as in the image below.                                                  
  • In the printing form, it is MANDATORY to place a QR Code if there isn’t one already and on the bottom section the text: ΥΠΑΗΕΣ SBZ IKE / www.sbz.gr
