When registering an item, if it is left blank its code is automatically generated. Always add 1 to the largest code to be found.
If we have selected “Subcategory numbering” then it is numbered separately per item subcategory.
Finally, there is the possibility of code exemptions to avoid problems with automatic code generation. For many passwords we seperate with (,)
If we put the “%” symbol at the end of the code then all the codes that start with the code we wrote are excluded. For example, if we write “AP%” then all codes starting with “AP” such as AP123, AP124 etc are excluded from automation.
