This process is necessary when transferring points from another reward system to EMDI.
The submission or addition of reward points (loyalties) to a customer is done in the purchases/sales, by selecting the loyalties document.
In the lines we add the item LOY and in the quantity we write the customer’s points.
Attention, the measurement unit must not be an add-on!
