Local Group Policy Editor

  1. We run gpedit.msc
  2. Edit Group Policy Editor for Unlimited connections:
    Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Remote Desktop Services\Remote Desktop Session Host\Connections

    • Limit number of connections -> 100
    • Restrict Remote Desktop Services users to a single Remote Desktop Services session -> Disabled
    • Allow remote start of unlisted programs -> Disabled
    • Configure keep-alive connection interval -> Disabled
  3. Edit Group Policy Editor για Αποσύνδεση:
    Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Remote Desktop Services\Remote Desktop Session Host\Session Time Limits

    • Set time limit for disconnected sessions -> 1 min
    • Set time limit for logoff of RemoteApp sessions -> Immediately
  4. Edit Group Policy Editor για printer:
    Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Remote Desktop Services\Printer Redirection\

    • Do not allow client printer redirection -> Disabled
    • Redirect only the default client printer -> Disabled
  5. At regional settings Administrative -> Copy settings
    to copy regional settings to new users – otherwise run the regional.reg file on each user
